”We have found the services of HARVIC Residential Property Management Ltd and staff to be of excellent quality.
Since placing our initial property in their hands some [five] years ago, we have in fact extended their coverage to other properties. They keep us fully up to date with current situations concerning our properties and we find less down time between property tenancies than experienced in the past.
Being away from and being able to control the quality of both the properties and the tenants was becoming more difficult as time went on. This is no longer the case.
By agreement, minor maintenance and urgent repairs are undertaken immediately, with advice following, whilst those matters that are less urgent or more extensive are undertaken following consultation. We have found their suggestions during discussions to be extremely helpful and open.
We would fully recommend the services of this organisation to anyone requiring quality property management.
